Great way to teach community in the classroom!

Cool organization idea!

I would love to have this in my classroom. It is a very affordable alternative to the iPad.

Has anybody tried using these as seats in the classroom for guided reading or anything to help with storage issues?
Right now you can save $50 and have your own personal laminator!

I used stools like this around my guided reading table. We all loved them! They don't take up very much space, and they can be easily moved around the room. They were the perfect height for my 3rd graders. I was thinking of getting more this year for other tables around my room.
That's great to know. So far everyone that has tried it has had positive feedback.
Where do you find those stools? I need that color!
I don't know :( maybe click the link and do a search?
I have stools like that too- mine don't have wheels though. I got mine (red and black) at Wal-Mart on sale after the Back to School rush. They also fit easily under my guided reading table so they can be quickly moved elsewhere for the kids to use (if they aren't too heavy with stuff!) or be out of the way!
Thanks for the link to the laminator...I've been waiting for that to go on sale!
Happy Back to School!
I've been wanting to get one that is also for storage. I would keep clipboards with response forms attached inside for students to answer questions or summarize the story they are reading.
